Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for а Salesforce CRM Developer (Part-Time) to join one of our teams – Keter!

Keter is a major Israeli global manufacturer known for producing resin-based consumer goods such as outdoor furniture, sheds, tool storage, and home organization products.

In this mid-senior role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across different regions, working as one unit to deliver robust Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for custom developments, technical platform maintenance, and integrating third-party services.

Responsibilities

Design and implement tailor-made Salesforce developments to meet complex business requirements.
Perform ongoing technical maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
Integrate third-party vendor solutions with Salesforce using APIs and other integration tools.
Collaborate with a global team, participating in cross-functional projects and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment and consistency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support for both new and existing functionalities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

3+ years of proven hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, etc.).
Strong experience with API integrations and connecting Salesforce to external systems.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development best practices.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a global, collaborative team.
Familiarity with tools like Jira or Monday.com.
