Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 10,000 professionals, is looking for а Mid-Senior Salesforce CRM Implementor to join one of our teams – Keter!

Keter is a major Israeli global manufacturer known for producing resin-based consumer goods such as outdoor furniture, sheds, tool storage, and home organization products. In this role, you’ll focus on implementing Salesforce solutions and bring projects to life with a real value.

Responsibilities

Work with the Salesforce CRM Product Manager to understand what the business needs and turn those ideas into Salesforce solutions.
Lead and deliver medium-to-large Salesforce projects, making sure everything stays on track and meets expectations.
Set up workflows and improve processes in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Collaborate with other teams, like Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud, to make sure everything works well together.
Help roll out AI tools to make our systems smarter and more efficient.
Enhance and and improve processes.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce CRM, specifically Service Cloud.
Hands-on experience designing workflows and improving processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (e.g., SAP, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, 3PLs).
Experience using tools like Jira and Monday.com to manage projects.
Great verbal and written English communication skills.
Team player, proactive attitude, organized, good communication skills – very important!
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant) – Advantage.
