About the job

The Fenergo Configurator  is responsible for low-code/config-driven setup and customization of the Fenergo platform (primarily Fen-X Designer environments). They translate onboarding rules, compliance policies, and client journeys into functional platform mechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Configuration: Configure workflows, business rules, client journeys, data models, entity types, attributes, and user interfaces using Fenergo native configuration tools and Flow Studio.
  • Compliance Implementation: Implement client onboarding, periodic reviews, event-driven reviews, remediation, and offboarding workflows alongside KYC/AML checklists and risk assessment models.
  • Security & Roles: Configure user roles, security access layers, work groups, routing rules, and segregation-of-duties controls.
  • Testing & Defect Resolution: Partner with QA teams to execute unit, system (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT); troubleshoot configuration bottlenecks and API integration errors.
  • Documentation: Maintain clean configuration documentation, version control (via Git/Jira), and design specs to minimize technical debt.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience configuring enterprise applications, specifically Fenergo or similar CLM/low-code platforms.
  • Core Skills: Workflow configuration, business rule management, data modeling, and basic familiarity with SQL, JSON, and XML data structures.
  • Domain Familiarity: Practical knowledge of financial crime compliance, onboarding frameworks, and regulatory operations.
  • Certifications: Fenergo product certifications are strongly preferred
