Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Vue.js, Python and Django to join one of our teams!

Our client is a direct marketplace for mortgages, connecting whole loan lenders and investors with smarter pricing, automated eligibility, and end-to-end transaction management. We are transforming an industry that still runs on spreadsheets and email.

You will own features end to end — from the Vue interfaces our lenders and investors work in daily, through the Django APIs behind them, down to the pricing and eligibility engines that decide what a loan is worth and who will buy it. Wide surface area, real ownership, and you will see the impact the same week you ship.

Responsibilities

Build features across the stack. Vue 3 + TypeScript on the front, Django + DRF on the back.
Evolve our core engines. Loan pricing and investor eligibility matching.
Integrate with the mortgage ecosystem. LOS platforms, due diligence providers, credit and valuation vendors.
Design data models and background pipelines that stay fast as volume grows.
Write the tests that keep it all honest. pytest, Vitest, Playwright.

Requirements

Daily, hands-on work with AI coding agents — Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar. You run several in parallel and know where their output needs your judgment.
Hands-on experience building AI into a product — LLM features, agents, retrieval, evaluation. Not only coding with AI tools.
5+ years building production software, with real depth on both sides of the stack.
3+ years hands-on Vue.js + TypeScript — this is a Vue shop.
Strong Python + Django, solid REST API instincts, and real database skills — schema design, query performance, safe migrations.
Experience in complex platform companies — real integrations, real data, real scale.
A strong eye for UI/UX and clear communication.
