Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11, 000 professionals, is looking for a SAP help desk supporter to join the team of our client and partner – Keter!

They are looking for a dedicated SAP Help Desk Support Specialist to join their global Business application help desk team. The team handles daily incidents in SAP, raised by users in our global organization, ensuring timely and professional resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and resolve SAP issues, using existing knowledge or by independently learning and investigating.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP experts and communicate effectively with users.
  • Ensure responses meet SLA requirements with attention to detail and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven familiarity with SAP SD (hands-on experience with PP or MM modules is an advantage).
  • Fluent English excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, detail oriented, and customer focused.
  • Kind, professional, and able to work well in a global team environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
