Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for Administrative Assistant to join our office in Sofia!

The position is hybrid with 2 days/week from the office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the company managers and staff members, including front desk duties
  • Deal with administrative and organizational tasks, as appropriate, and in compliance with the company business specifics
  • Organize files and records
  • Responsible for travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and flight reservations for employees, management and clients
  • Assist in the organization of team events and the order of gifts for the employees
  • Purchase office consumables, coffee, water and etc.; Responsible for cash payments
  • Personnel administration
  • Archiving invoices
  • Responsible for Health and Safety at place of work
  • Compiling data and prepare a variety of reportsSupports the process of organizing important events related to the full functioning of the organizational structure such as seminars, business visits

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience on a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very Good written and spoken English
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Organized and effective personal time management
  • Must have a positive attitude towards contributors and colleagues
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Accounting/Finance or similar.
