We are looking for a Product Designer who sees beyond the pixels, is not afraid of business metrics, and asks “why” a lot. This person will join our Design team and take part in inventing, building, and optimizing our comparison site ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Create and ideate experiences that will help users make the desirable decisions, work on product optimization in correlation with the business goals.
  • Elevate product design through a deep understanding of our users and business goals – turning quantitative data and research into the right and effective user-experience.
  • Present and justify your work and design thinking to a variety of stakeholders by using research, prototyping tools, mock-ups, animations and more.
  • Team up with designers, product managers, R&D, business, content and marketing experts in full transparency through all the processes, putting ego aside to drive supreme results.
  • Handoff smoothly to developers, keeping your files organized, named clearly and documented properly to easy understanding.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a product designer, designing for mobile and desktop
    (Affiliate marketing | Digital products | Comparison Industries – an advantage)
  • Experience in coordinating processes and prioritizing with two teams of product managers, engineers, analysts and content – “talk the talk” with business confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
  • Previous experience working with design systems and component libraries
    (Being a part in establishing a design system – an advantage)
  • Autodidactic and learning approach, constantly looking for ways to improve your knowledge, the way we work, ways we can be better, research best practices and share it. Seeking to get better and evolve.
  • A team player with a “can do” attitude, ready to work hard and have the ability to cope with failures and disappointments without slowing down.
  • Comfortable with challenging personal opinions, work independently and lead design initiatives end to end.
  • Curious, asks questions, is patient, and knows how to give and receive criticism.
  • Passionate about new technologies, industry trends, and relevant artifacts
  • Proficient in Figma,, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools and AI tools.
