· Source and identify IT talent across Bulgaria and Europe, through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and
referrals.
· Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ basic qualifications and interests.
· Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and clients.
· Maintain professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
· Assist in developing and managing social media content to boost employer branding and attract talent.
· Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
· Provide timely updates to senior team members on recruitment activities and candidate progress.
· Support client communication by ensuring accurate and professional updates.
· Maintain accurate records of candidates in the ATS and ensure timely updates on their status.
· Assist in preparing reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
· Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
· Collaborate with the HR team to support social media content creation and employer branding initiatives.
· Assist in other HR tasks and projects as needed to align with team goals.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS platforms is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
