· Conduct in-depth screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
· Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback.
· Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
· Collaborate on creating content for social media channels to support employer branding and recruitment efforts.
· Partner with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.
· Deliver comprehensive updates on recruitment progress, presenting qualified candidates within defined timelines.
· Actively contribute to the refinement of recruitment processes and team workflows.
· Drive initiatives to optimize recruitment metrics and improve overall efficiency.
· Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database to support strategic talent pipelines.
· Generate detailed reports on sourcing activities, recruitment metrics, and client-specific outcomes.
· Leverage data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a client-facing or outsourcing environment.
· Proficiency in LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated experience in relationship-building with clients and senior stakeholders.
