Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and other database technologies
  • Create and optimize ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Reporting Services, QuickSight, and other BI tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data platforms
  • Implement and maintain data models optimized for analytical workloads
  • Document data warehouse architecture, data flows, and reporting solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence roles
  • Strong proficiency with SQL Server and Amazon Redshift
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Reporting Services and Amazon QuickSight
  • Solid understanding of data modeling techniques for analytical systems (star schema, snowflake, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL query writing, optimization, and performance tuning
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for remote/hybrid work

Advantages

  • Knowledge of additional BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
